    • We provide free shipping for all prepaid orders within India.
    • COD is available for all orders above ₹999/- and below ₹10,000/-.

We have partnered exclusively with reputable and dependable national and international courier companies like DHL, FedEx, India Post to guarantee your satisfaction.

  3. Order Processing and Dispatch

    • Each of our exquisite pieces is meticulously crafted and produced in qualities to ensure faster delivery, except for made-to-order products.
    • You will receive an email and WhatsApp notification as soon as your order is confirmed. Our team will contact you to confirm the details.
    • We strive to dispatch your order within 24 working hours, with potential variations based on the shipping address. (Please note delays are expected during season and sales period)
    • Customization requests may require an additional 8-10 working days, accompanied by a fee mentioned on the respective product page.
    • Please note that we do not offer exchanges for customized orders. Refer to our Refund, Exchange & Repair Policy for clarity.

    • Our courier partners deliver shipments between Monday and Saturday (excluding Public Holidays) from 10 AM to 6 PM.
    • Requests for address changes can only be accommodated if the order has not been shipped from our warehouse.
    • To ensure smooth communication, please provide your correct phone number and email address with every order.

    • While we assist in tracking your parcel, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by natural disasters or unforeseeable circumstances, especially if they are attributed to our delivery partner.
